 Jersey Shore Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation services with care, skill and compassion. Our goal is to provide you with the strength and confidence to return to your greatest potential. For your convenience, treatment is available at Jersey Shore Hospital and at Tiadaghton Health Services in Lock Haven.

The foundation of our treatment program is therapeutic exercise and functional training that focuses on improving your weaknesses, maximizing your abilities and returning you to your normal lifestyle as quickly as possible.
Our Staff:
Our Rehabilitation Services staff has over 60 years of combined experience. All of our Therapists and Therapist Assistants are Pennsylvania State licensed professionals who strive to provide the communities they serve with comprehensive and compassionate care. In order to provide a complete "circle of care", we communicate with your physician, providing written evaluations, progress reports, and discharge summaries for review.
