Community Health Screen – April 10

Jersey Shore Hospital's annual Spring Community Health Screen will take place on Saturday, April 10 from 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. If you would like to register for the event, please sign up for our email mailing list, at the bottom left-hand corner of our homepage.

Services include the following:
$45 – Complete Blood Count, Complete Metabolic Panel, Lipid Screen, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone
$6 – Colon Screen
$15 – Prostate Specific Antigen.
