Jersey Shore Hospital Receives stuffed animals from Susquehanna Valley Big Twins

On Mar. 31, Jersey Shore Hospital received a generous donation of stuffed animals from the Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club.  The SVBTMC annually collects and delivers stuffed animals for the children who visit Jersey Shore Hospital. These are used to help comfort and entertain a child during their hospital experience.

The Susquehanna Valley Big Twins Motorcycle Club is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping children and giving to those in need, and has done so for over 20 years.

“Every year Susquehanna Valley Big Twins gives us an abundant supply of stuffed animals we share with the children,” said Debra Beard, Director of Patient Care Services of Jersey Shore Hospital. “During circumstances that are upsetting for children, these stuffed animals help relax them and puts smiles on their faces.”
